sugar
- 200gms
water
- 75ml
cocoa
powder - 4 tbsp (app. 60 gms)
marie
biscuit - abt 10-15 broken into small pieces
butter
- 75-100 gms
Take
a saucepan and add water, sugar and cocoa powder into it.
Heat
this mixture on moderate flame, stirring all the while till the sugar dissolves
completely.
Continue
heating till the cocoa mixture forms a coating at the back of the spoon or the ladle.
Put
off the gas. Cool the mixture for 10 mins and add the reqd. butter to it and
blend/stir well.
Lastly
add the broken marie biscuits and mix well and pour the mixture on a greased
plate.
Cut into pieces after
the 'choco delight' sets well and serve.
