Milk
- 1 litre
Sugar
- 2½ cups
Cocoa
-1½ tbl sp
White
butter- 1 cup ( heaped)
Boil
milk for 5 min.
Add
sugar , cocoa & fresh butter & cook in medium flame.
When
the mixture becomes thick keep stirring constantly till it leaves the side of
the vessel.
Pour on a greased
tray & cut after a few minutes
